i'm not going to rant about how terribly i sang for my rehearsal.

i'm not going to rant about how strong the other contestants are.

i'm not going to rant about how stupid i felt stoning on stage.



HAHA, it doesnt matter if i sound bad though. this is not a singing competition.



i repeat, this is not a singing competition.


it's really different singing on stage and singing in the bathroom. coz i cant hear myself on stage and i have no idea what i'm singing. haa. now i understand why huang yida sounded like rollercoaster on stage. LOL yes, i shan't complain about him anymore since now i've tasted the feeling of singing LIVE on stage. -_-" and i'm one of the few soloists in the competition. how encouraging.




henry left.
for the second time we sent him off at the airport. but this time it was different. he wasn't just leaving for HK and coming back a few months later. he was going to san francisco for good. we have absolutely no idea when we'll see him again. so we insisted on sending him off despite going home at midnight after his farewell dinner and waking up at 5am to rush to the airport. i know everybody was trying not to cry. henry was trying to brighten up the atmosphere too. but i don't think he was that successful.. most of us couldn't hold back our tears and cried secretly. it was better this time though.. unlike the previous time when all of us sat at the gallery and stared blankly at the planes. it will be different not seeing him in tj anymore, not seeing him in his track & field trainings anymore, not seeing him in 4it gatherings anymore. and most importantly, it will be different not having him around in this year's 4it chalet anymore.

brings me back to our chalet last year. i remember how we prepared breakfast for the rest at 5am and he became the big chef cooking scrambled eggs and fries with that huge fire on the stove. i remember his super strong deodorant that always choked us in class. i still cant figure out how he always changed into his PE shorts in class and nobody noticed.

i'll be joking if i say i won't miss him. 4it is never complete without our onray. oh yah, and he still haven't watched daniel wu's movies with me again as he promised. so much undone, and his departure was yet so sudden and inevitable.

hope he's doing fine there. we'll miss him dearly and hope he misses us too.


lets cheer up. at least we know he might be looking at the same star as us, from the other corner of the Earth.
